Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and the scope of work required. We will notify you of any significant changes to the quoted price before proceeding with the work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we may need to reassess the project and provide an updated quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once materials have been ordered for your project, they may not be returnable. You will be responsible for the cost of non-returnable materials if you cancel the project.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Workmanship warranties are provided as outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Regular maintenance is required to keep your warranty valid.

Limitation of Liability

PH Glendale Decks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Any claims should be made in accordance with the terms of our insurance policies.

Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, pets, or hazards that could interfere with our work or pose safety risks.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not disclosed to us.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary permits for your project as required by local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that the project complies with any HOA rules or deed restrictions that may apply to your property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
